Terms and Conditions for using The Certified Interior Designer Pages. By
registering on
The Certified Interior Designer Pages (“The Pages”) I HEREBY DO AGREE THAT:
1. CCIDC is not responsible for anyone who contacts me directly or indirectly through CCIDC
or through “The Pages”.
2.
CCIDC may use, free of charge and without my prior permission, any of the information or photographs I publish on “The Pages” or on the CCIDC Web site for any educational or promotional materials for purposes of public outreach and promoting the services of Certified Interior Designers.
3. CCIDC is not responsible for any information or photograph I may publish on the “The Pages”.
4. All the information I create in my listing is true and correct.
I warrant I am owner of the logos, project photographs and holder of trademarks and copyrighted materials that I publish on "The Pages"
5. CCIDC has my permission to remove or edit any information that may be offensive, illegal
or violates CCIDC's Rules & Regulations or Code of Ethics.

If my Certification becomes inactive, expires or is suspended, CCIDC has a right to disable my Listing on “The Pages” until such time my certification becomes active and there are no pending or active disciplinary actions against me.
6. I will not receive a refund after my listing has been put online.
7. I will not transfer or sell my listing space to anyone.
8. CCIDC has permission to change the format, look and behavior of "The
Pages"without my prior consent.
9. CCIDC is not responsible for if or how any search engine will rank my listing.
10. CCIDC assumes no risk or liability and makes no warrantees expressed or implied with respect to the content of the CCIDC Web site or “The Pages”, its suitability, fitness or merchantability. I indemnify and hold
harmless CCIDC for any and all actions arising out of my participation in “The Pages”.
