Application & Processing ($150.00) Pay online or by mail/fax For first-time applicants only.
Renewal ($250.00) Pay online or by mail/fax For current CID’s or those who have previously been approved “inactive” and wish to reinstate Certification status for two years
Reactivation ($350.00) Pay online or by mail/fax For expired CID’s to reactivate Certification for two years.
Inactive ($25.00/year) Pay online or by mail/fax For CID’s who have already pre-registered with CCIDC to become “inactive” and have been approved for “inactive status”.
